    A leaking boiler requires a boiler repair. It may be caused by, or a leak could cause, corroded pipes, loose joints, high water pressure or other problems in your heating system and may be the result of a poor boiler installation. There may alternatively be a problem with your expansion tank. If you’re collecting water under the boiler, we strongly recommend a professional boiler repair.

    All of our engineers are highly qualified and will be Gas Safe registered - Our gas safe number is 21028 and the list of our engineers will be on there.

    What happens if i can smell gas?
    Hollybrook can come out and fix the leak.... However you should follow these steps first! -Do not use your appliance if you think it’s unsafe or leaking. -Call National Grid’s Gas Emergency Freephone number: 0800 111 999 -Open all doors and windows -Shut off the gas supply at the meter control valve, if you know where it is -Turn the appliance off and do not touch it until it’s been checked by a Gas Safe Registered engineer
